Ingredients:

  • 64g Viking Vitality Soup mix
  • 500ml water
  • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Bone Broth Base:

    • In a medium-sized pot, combine the 64g of Viking Vitality Soup Mix with 500ml water.
